We envisage that our new Chief Executive will seek to safeguard our vibrant, feel-good culture and values, ensuring that existing projects remain as meaningful and impactful as ever, while simultaneously bringing new and creative ideas in how we can deliver our strategy, generate sustainable income and reach more and more homeless and marginalised people across the UK.
Time commitment: We are accepting applications on a part-time and full-time basis. The full parameters and responsibilities of the role are therefore dependent on who is appointed.
Remuneration: £48-52,000 p.a. (pro rata as necessary)
Pension: 6% employer contribution
Annual leave: 25 days per annum + UK bank holidays, rising to 28 with length of service (pro rata)
Location: London Bridge / Hybrid
Reporting to: Board of Trustees
