Workshops

We offer free singing workshops in Liverpool, London, Brighton, Birmingham, Coventry and Cardiff at homeless services, as well as for people at risk of homelessness ie. those with mental health problems, addiction issues, refugees and asylum seekers, ex-prisoners and vulnerable women.

'I feel happier & refreshed.' Workshop participant, Birmingham

Our one-off singing workshops usually run for an hour (although we can adapt to your specific requirements), and are a really enjoyable and engaging way for participants to experience the multiple benefits of singing to health and wellbeing, as well as a soft introduction to our choirs.

We also offer longer term singing projects, where participants attend weekly workshops over several weeks, cluminating in a performance at the end - a brilliant way for people to not only experience the joys of singing together, but also have something to work towards with a real sense of collective achievement at the end.

Our workshops and singing projects are led by our professional choir directors and we usually have a couple of our choir members there too, to welcome participants and support them throughout the workshop. We sing well known pop and rock songs and you don't need any singing experience or musical ability to take part. It is a fantastic opportunity for participants to engage in a new communal activity, leave their troubles at the door and have fun!
