It was the first birthday of our Liverpool choir on Wednesday, and we made sure to have a celebration at our regular weekly rehearsal.
There was party food for dinner, and we decorated the room with balloons, 'Happy Birthday' banners, and party poppers galore.
Our choir manager Ema says: "We also had a huge birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday. It was also the birthday of one of our members (Kenny) so he was chosen to blow the candles out."
(That's the cake, pictured above - and below is Kenny blowing out the candles!)
It's been a fantastic year for the newest Choir with No Name. We've performed at the Everyman Theatre, to a sell-out crowd at London's Union Chapel, and at corporate events and other gigs all over Merseyside. We even lent our vocals to a charity single!
But the core of what we do is our Wednesday night rehearsals where we laugh, eat, and sing together as one.
