Why Join the Carol-Off?
On the night
Four workplace choirs will perform in a lively public celebration. Choir with No Name Sheffield will kick off the night, followed by competition performances, guest judging, awards, and an unforgettable joint finale featuring every choir on stage!
We’re looking for four Sheffield workplaces to take part.
There’s a £50 sign-up fee per workplace, and each team will be asked to aim for a £300 fundraising target in the run-up to the event.
We’ll help you set up your fundraising, then it’s over to you to get creative.. rally colleagues, friends, family and customers behind your team and see how much you can raise.
On 10 December, all four teams will come together at Bethel Chapel to perform and compete for the coveted Carol-Off Crown (plus a few other exciting awards!)
No professional singing experience required. Enthusiasm, Christmas spirit and a willingness to get involved are much more important!
Places are limited to four workplace teams, so gather your colleagues and put your workplace forward for the Great Sheffield Carol-Off.

Meet our choirs
Who we are:
The Choir with No Name has been successfully running choirs for homeless and marginalised people since 2008. We currently run choirs in London, Brighton, Birmingham, Liverpool, Coventry, Cardiff and Sheffield.
We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good - it helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long lasting friendships.
What we do is simple: Like most community choirs, we meet once a week to have a cuppa and a catch up, and then sing together. We then sit down together for a hot meal afterwards.
Week to week we see our members grow – as singers, as musicians and as people; our choirs change lives, providing a safe space where members can rebuild their lives, experience the amazing benefits of communal singing and make genuine, lifelong friendships.
We all deserve to have a place we belong, where we can have fun and feel good about ourselves. Our choirs are that place.
