THE CHOIR WITH NO NAME
X BIRD & BLEND
It All Starts with a Cup of Tea
We are delighted to team up with Bird & Blend Tea Co. as their official ChariTEA partner from October through December!
Bird & Blend will be donating 100% of online profits from every bag of Vicky's Sponge Cake tea straight to Choir with No Name, helping us continue building warm, supportive singing communities across the UK.
Every conversation, every rehearsal, and every gig starts with a simple cup of tea. Sitting down together to listen, offer support, or share a laugh creates a lasting impact for everyone who joins our choirs each week. We see it in action every single time we gather.
Support through song
Homelessness can be a deeply isolating experience. At the Choir with No Name, we use the power of music to build welcoming, supportive communities where people affected by homelessness can find a place to belong.
Through our nationwide network of choirs, we provide our members with:
A Safe Space to Sing: Weekly rehearsals that build confidence, boost mental wellbeing, and unlock hidden talents.
Lasting Friendships: A reliable network of peers and volunteers who offer genuine connection and support.
A Warm Meal Together: Sitting down after every rehearsal to share hot, nutritious food and meaningful conversation.
“People say laughter is the best medicine but for me, it's singing. It cures everything. It takes your head out of whatever problems you’ve got going on at that time and suddenly, you're immersed in it and joy is flowing through your body.”

Who we are:
The Choir with No Name has been successfully running choirs for homeless and marginalised people since 2008. We currently run choirs in London, Brighton, Birmingham, Liverpool, Coventry, Cardiff and Sheffield.
We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good - it helps you to build confidence, skills and genuine, long lasting friendships.
What we do is simple: Like most community choirs, we meet once a week to have a cuppa and a catch up, and then sing together. We then sit down together for a hot meal afterwards.
Week to week we see our members grow – as singers, as musicians and as people; our choirs change lives, providing a safe space where members can rebuild their lives, experience the amazing benefits of communal singing and make genuine, lifelong friendships.
We all deserve to have a place we belong, where we can have fun and feel good about ourselves. Our choirs are that place.
