Why are you doing this survey?
This survey is designed to find out about you and your experience at Choir. We ask about your experience at choir, about the impact choir has on you, and about you and your life beyond choir.
The survey helps us to develop what we do together, to monitor how well we’re doing and to report to funders.
Is the survey anonymous?
We collect a code (made up of your shoe size, letters from your name and some letters from the town you were born in) in order to track from year to year, but we can’t tell its you specifically.
Your response will be combined with other responses in the final report which will be shared with staff and trustees and funders.
