Help shape the next chapter of the Choir with No Name
For nearly 20 years, the Choir with No Name has been addressing the impacts of homelessness through singing, performance and community. We bring people together to build confidence, connection, purpose and belonging through seven choirs across the UK.
We are entering an exciting new phase of development. As we prepare to launch a new five-year strategy, we are seeking our first Director of Development, Audiences and Communications to help grow our income, profile, partnerships and audiences.
This senior leadership role will lead fundraising, communications and audience development across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing sustainable income streams, strengthening our brand and public profile, and ensuring more people experience and support our work.
We are looking for a relationship-centred leader with:
A strong track record in fundraising, particularly trusts and foundations
Experience of developing additional income streams such as philanthropy, individual giving or corporate partnerships
Excellent relationship building, communication and storytelling skills
The ability to use audience and supporter insight to drive growth
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to inclusive, ethical practice
This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a pivotal moment and help ensure that more people experiencing homelessness can find connection, confidence, purpose and belonging through singing together.
