Sheffield

The Choir with No Name are excited to be partnering with The Archer Project and Sheffield Cathedral to pilot a new choir involving people with experience of homelessness in the heart of Sheffield. The choir will have its first rehearsal at 6pm - 9.30pm on Monday January 20th 2025 at Sheffield Cathedral and will initially run for three months, rehearsing every Monday evening followed by a hot meal together afterwards.

There is no need to audition or register in advance, just turn up if you fancy giving it a go! It's completely free, there's no need to have any singing or choir experinece, and there is no commitment to stay or come back the next week. If it's not your cup of tea, that's absolutely fine (although we do guarantee a delicious cuppa when you arrive!)

If you would like to be involved as a choir member or you would like to volunteer, get in contact with Juliet Kemp (juliet@choirwithnoname.org).

We are excited to be launching our new Sheffield pilot choir, but we would LOVE for it to continue beyond the pilot phase and well into the future, but we need your help to make sure that happens. Can you...:

  • Raise money for the choir through fundraising?
  • Introduce The Choir with No Name Sheffield to your employer's Corporate Social Responsibility programme/HR department?
  • Make a donation yourself to support the choir, either as a one-off or as a regular gift?

If you can help in any of these ways, please get in touch with Hannah@choirwithnoname.org
